Refund & Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns during the delivery process. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase because it is spoilt or expired, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds and replacements are subject to assessment. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and only one replacement will be provided per consumer.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancelled orders as we begin processing and preparing your order immediately after it is placed.
Once your complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding your refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery.
Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. may request photographs of the affected item and/or require the item to be returned to our store in its original packaging together with the original receipt, tags and labels for inspection.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or arrange for collection and re-delivery of the affected product.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from our written confirmation. Alternatively, customers may choose products of equivalent value within seven (7) days of receiving our written notice.
Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.'s decision regarding refunds, replacements, exchanges, or incorrect deliveries shall be final. Requests made after the specified reporting period may not be accepted.
