1. Paratha Low Carb
- Ingredients
Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil, Baking Powder, Salt and Water.
- Cooking Method
Using Pan
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Low Carb Paratha over medium heat. (Add oil slightly)
2. Pan fry Low Carb Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
Using Oven
1. Oil parchment paper on a tray in oven. Put frozen Low Carb Paratha on the parchment paper.
2. Brush bit of cooking oil on top of Low Carb Paratha. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180'C degree. Ready to serve.
