Tishas Roti Paratha with Garlic
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine, Chopped Garlic (3%), Garlic Powder (0.1%), Sugar, Parsley Leaf, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Cooking Method:
1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Roti Paratha over medium heat (160-180°C/ 320-356°F ) for approximately 2-3 minutes. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Roti Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For a fluffy and crispy bite, give a soft pat from the outside toward the center of the Roti Paratha after frying.
