HOW TO BECOME TISHA'S WEBSITE PRIVILEGE MEMBER?
1. Visit website at www.tishasfood.com.my
2. Click 'Log in' button at the top-right corner
3. If you don't have an account yet, click 'Create account'
4. Fill up your info and click 'Create'
5. Then it will redirect you to login page. Fill in your login details and click 'Sign in'
6. After succesful Sign in, you will be redirected to your account page
7. Next you need to buy any Tisha's Products as usual from website while logged in, with minimum purchase of RM10 and above to start collect points, access rewards, access virtual card, and more. Below is the example IF YOU HAVE MADE PURCHASE, you can see your order history, you can see your virtual privilege card and the points collected below, and you can see your rewards too.
8. Click the 'Rewards' in previous page and then click 'Shop Rewards'. You will see the page below, it list down all voucher available for you (T&C Apply). Click the 'Free Redeem' button. THESE REWARDS CAN BE USED FOR NEXT PURCHASE IF YOU MEET THE VOUCHER CONDITION.
9. After you click the 'Free Redeem' button, a popup like the image below will appear. You need to click the 'Free Redeem' button again.
10. After you click the 'Free Redeem' button you will see your voucher now in the 'Active Rewards' section. When it is listed in active reward means that your reward is already active, so upon check out if you meet the T&C requirements, the voucher will be listed down and all you have to do is just click on it to apply.
11. Choose your products and go to cart. In your cart, click the 'Voucher' and you can see the list of rewards like image below.
12. Image shown below are the list of rewards that you have redeemed, if you meet the requirements you can apply the voucher. If not, it will display a warning in red that voucher condition not matched. Choose your voucher and click 'Apply'.
13. And proceed to 'Checkout' and do the payment as usual.
14. Proceed fill in info required and proceed to payment then you are done. Everytime your purchase is succesful you can check your points collected in 'My Accounts'.
