• Ingredients

1. Sweet Potato, Grated Coconut, Wheat Flour, Dried Chilli, Dried Shrimp, Spice and Salt.
   
   

• Cooking Method

1. Add in required amount of cooking oil into the fryer.
2. Preheat the cooking oil in medium heat.
3. From freezer, remove the Fried Sweet Potato and put in preheated cooking oil for 4-5 minutes. Fry till turns golden brown in colour. Do not defrost.
4. Once the Fried Sweet Potato turns golden brown, strain the oil. Ready to serve.
